Samsung releases two new black, shiny printers, gleams with pride and blue LEDs
Samsung are expanding their line of 'classy' tech with the addition of two new very shiny, black, Sapphire-Blue LED endowed printer devices: the SCX-4500, a multifuction scanner/printer combo; and the ML-1630, touted as "the world's slimmest monochrome laser printer".
Samsung are quite proud of their new printer series, hence the tagline (keeping to their 'imagine' theme): "Imagine the Pride". But to fully appreciate exactly how proud they are, you really need to see the dedicated flash site, complete with ambient-chillout music - it's on par with most luxury automobile promotions.
Highlights include being entirely glossy and matte black (they even provide a complimentary cleaning cloth, as they do with most of their shiny products), touch-sensitive buttons, and sapphire blue LEDs. The SCX-4500 is even adorned with a blue Cylon-esque light that moves backwards and forwards when the scanner is in use.
It's almost worth buying just for it's stylish good looks and charm.

The SCX-4500 and ML-1630 are retailing at most decent online computer stores and the Apple Store, and carry the fairly luxurious price tags of $300 and $200, respectively.
